I engineered structured form experiences and an authenticated admin portal so teams can collect registrations, lead details, and program data at activations, pop-ups, and nutrition events, then review submissions in one place.

The system is reusable across campaigns: clear layouts, reliable submission handling, and role-based admin access that replace paper sheets and scattered spreadsheets — extending the 360 Nutrition ecosystem with operational tooling the brand can reuse for events and more.
