YG Web Monitor watches each client's main URL continuously and emails contacts only when it matters: down, still-down, and recovery — plus welcome, stop/resume, weekly digest, and subscription-expiry notices. Contacts do not log into a dashboard; they receive notifications in their inbox.

Behind the scenes, an internal admin panel manages sites, contacts, categories, SMTP, and subscription dates. Expired subscriptions soft-stop at noon Egypt after a 24-hour warning (data kept). In one line: keep sites watched, keep contacts informed only when it counts.
